General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the guest and Kessler Betriebe AG, Davos Wolfgang.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The accommodation contract becomes binding upon confirmation of the reservation by the hotel (in writing, by telephone, or electronically).

3. Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) per room and night, unless otherwise stated, including statutory VAT and excluding visitor’s tax.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Earlier check-in or later check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.

5. Visitor’s Tax
The visitor’s tax amounts to CHF 5.90 per person per night and is charged additionally. It is mandatory for all guests aged 12 and over.

6. Pets
Dogs are welcome at the hotel. A surcharge of CHF 10.00 per dog per night applies.

7. Parking

• Outdoor parking spaces: free of charge for hotel guests
• Garage parking: subject to availability and at an additional cost of CHF 15.00 per night

8. Payment Terms
Payment is made on site in cash or by accepted payment methods. The hotel reserves the right to request a credit card guarantee or advance payment.

9. Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings

• Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged

In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Group Bookings
For group reservations (from 5 rooms), the following conditions apply:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
• 13 to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

No-shows and early departures will be charged at 100%.

Deposit:
The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit of 30–50%.

10. Liability
The hotel is liable within the scope of statutory provisions. No liability is assumed for loss or damage of items brought in by guests, except in cases of gross negligence.

11. Final Provisions
Swiss law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the hotel.
